About
The story so far
How does someone go from designing 1500 TEU container ships to teaching frontier AI models how to reason? Like this.

Md. Ismail Hoshen
Dhaka, Bangladesh
I am a Data Analyst and LLM Trainer with deep expertise in AI model training, data analysis, and mathematical reasoning — built on top of a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
My work has shaped some of the world's most widely used AI systems. I've helped optimize Google Gemini and Meta LLAMA, improving dataset accuracy and model performance through supervised fine-tuning — and quality-assured competition-level mathematics used to train frontier models.
Along the way I've worked with Pareto.AI, Turing, Populii (Tech Mahindra), and Photomath (Google LLC), where I assisted thousands of users around the world in solving complex mathematical problems — and was promoted to review the work of other experts.
What drives me is the intersection of engineering and artificial intelligence. Ship design taught me to reason about complex systems under hard physical constraints; AI training lets me apply that same rigor to how machines learn to think.
Beyond the technical work, I'm committed to continuous learning and to building AI that makes a real difference. I believe technology, done carefully, solves hard problems and improves lives — and I want to be part of making that happen.
